- DescriptionThis new documentary charts the rise of Louis Brandeis from his beginnings as the son of immigrant grain merchants in Louisville, Kentucky, to Harvard Law School, where he graduated first in his class, to his career as a Progressive Era lawyer advocating for worker's rights, most famously in the "Brandeis Briefs," to his appointment as the first Jewish Supreme Court justice in 1916.
