- DescriptionKeynote speaker Florence Chenoweth, managing director of the UW Human Rights Initiative, former U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) representative and former executive director of the FAO Liaison office in New York will present "Health Care and Human Rights: The World Cannot Wait." Following the keynote address participants may choose from 25 presentations in five concurrent panels. A lively celebration with refreshments and entertainment will follow.
