Looking to get in shape, but don’t know where to start? Get Fit Training Camp is for you. This camp is for beginners who want to learn exercise techniques and improve their overall fitness level. Camp objectives include: getting familiar with basic fitness equipment, mastering introductory movement patterns and learning how to exercise on one’s own.
