Come meet Nelson during an informal event which will feature Cuban appetizers, a cash bar, and live Cuban salsa music!
Nelson will be visiting Madison to showcase his exhibit: "Apertura: Photography in Cuba Today." "Apertura" explores the way photography is used, understood, and experienced in Cuba in times of transition. It includes photography-based installations, digital photomontage and "intervened photography" by eight contemporary Cuban artists.
