Open to the public for free and to UW-Madison students for one or three credits, this forum explores how stem-cell research, nanotechnology and biotechnology become political issues; how the mass media and other outlets present these issues and how audiences make sense of them; and what scientists, policy makers and other stakeholders can do to build a dialogue.
