• DescriptionProfessor J. Michael Collins studies consumer decision-making in the financial marketplace, including the role of public policy in influencing credit, savings and investment choices. This presentation will be based on three papers, one on foreclosure counseling, another on loan modification rates by race and income, and finally some preliminary work examining the effects of mortgage mediation policies.
