Description
The Badger Meat Science Club presents this week's "Meet at the Meat Lab" program titled "Pork Chop: Pork Carcass Anatomy." During the program, participants will view and participate in a pork carcass fabrication (cut-up) demonstration. We will discover where the different pork cuts come from and the muscles they comprise of. Also, a short demonstration of ham and bacon manufacture will end the program.
