Distributional Impacts of Environmental Regulations
Thursday, April 11, 2013
Any environmental regulation affects the distribution of economic benefits and costs. Professor Grainger will highlight how regulations affect renters versus landowners; how market-based regulations affect different individuals and firms; and how tolls and congestion pricing may affect urban versus suburban communities.
