Continuing Studies

This 5-week guitar workshop introduces one of the great roots styles of American music, Fingerpicking Blues. We learn the Blues musical form, the chord shapes that move best in it, and then figure out how to join the tricky rhythms of the Blues with the rocking bass of fingerstyle guitar. Participants should know basic guitar chords.
