Kemp Natural Resources Station Lecture

Northern Wisconsin peat bogs have a uniquely appealing and attractive quality to them. We will foray into a black spruce bog on the Kemp Station grounds and get our feet wet as we walk on a floating mat of peat moss to examine pitcher plants, sundew, wild cranberries, and sedges adapted to life in this quintessential northern habitat.
