Locavore Week

If you live in Madison you’ve most likely had the joy of participating in Restaurant Week. The University Club has taken a local approach to this concept. We’ve invented a three course menu of locally sourced produce, prepared in house by our Chef. The menu features fresh produce from Black Earth Meats, Vitruvian Farms, and many other local vendors. Indulge in your choice of an appetizer, entree, and dessert that includes potato vichyssoise, sirloin steak kabobs and much more.
