Description
Learn the ancient art, techniques, and styles of Chinese brush painting during a creative 1-day workshop. Learn the subjects and calligraphy: loquat tree with bird, shrimp/prawns, pumpkins and squash with chicks, horses, landscape with boats on the water, and panda with bamboo. You will learn spontaneous, wet-in-wet, and contour techniques. Class discussion after each lesson. Optional $25 supply kit is available from the instructor.
