Dr. Walkley is Professor of Neuroscience, Pathology and Neurology and Director of the Rose F. Kennedy Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (New York, USA). His research efforts are focused on delineating pathogenic cascades underlying brain dysfunction in disorders of the endosomal-lysosomal system, an interest that began during his early training in Comparative Medicine and Neuroscience
