This workshop will introduce you to an explanatory matrix of family conflict at the end of life, consider strengths and limitations of how conflict is traditionally handled in health care settings, offer recommendations and general principles for conflict prevention and management, and highlight family centered intervention and conflict resolution strategies that might be adapted for various settings.
