German and Dutch Graduate Student Association's Conference

The topic of this conference explores the concept of trash both literally and metaphorically as it related to German and Dutch Studies. We are excited to welcome keynote speaker Dr. Heather I. Sullivan from Trinity University in San Antonio, whose work is in the environmental humanities, with an emphasis on Goethe, ecocriticism, and international climate change novels. She will present on "The Dark Pastoral and the Anthropocene: Trash, Waste, and Value in the Environmental Humanities."
