Hosted by Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Inc. Chi Chapter and The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Cesar Chavez was a prominent historical figure in the Latin@ community. He was a union leader and labor organizer who fought for the rights of farmworkers through nonviolent protests. These protests lead to boycotts, marches and hunger strikes.
